PHOTOS: Man Stealing Female Panties Caught Red Handed

A man was severely dealt with after he was caught stealing female panties and other clothing items in Imo state, for whatever purpose.

It was gathered that the man came all the way from another community, Obowo to Umuokoro Umuihi village in Ihitte/Uboma area to steal the panties before he was caught and beaten. He was later taken away by the vigilante members.
