Nigeria Police Launch Investigation Into Death Of A S*x Worker (Full Story)




The Lagos State Police Command has launched investigation into the circumstances that led to the murder of a suspected sex worker, Vivian Bello.

This was after the deceased, Bello was found dead in the toilet of her room at Kings Hotel, a brothel along the Ijora-Badia railway line, Lagos on April 13, 2018.

Her supposed male visitor is nowhere to be found.

Bello was reportedly found with bruises all over her body. The police said the bruises suggested that she died a violent death.

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Chike Oti, said investigation was ongoing.

He said, “The manager of the hotel reported at the police station that one Vivian Bello, who was in a room in the hotel, was found dead in the toilet and there were marks of violence on her body.

“It is a case of suspected murder and investigation is ongoing to unravel the circumstances surrounding the incident.”
