Parents Refuse To Press Charge Against Their 2-Year-Old’s Rapist In Jos (See Why)

Nigerian lady @Yitkyim, who is a Laywer, shared the story of a parent who refused to press charge against the man who raped their 2 year old kid. Accordng to her, the parents of a rape victim have refused to press charges because they are afraid.
